Thomas Moore is the author of Care of the Soul and twenty other books on soul, mythology, spirituality, medicine, sexuality and psychotherapy. He was a monk in his youth and has been a psychotherapist for almost forty years. He lectures widely, often teaches psychiatristss and clergy, and writes book chapters, blogs and columns. He has a special tie to Ireland and has been a classical musician almost all his life.
