Dr. Gavin Francis is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in Edinburgh, and a fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners. He’s authored eight books and numerous articles in a variety of publications, including the New York Review of Books and the London Review of Books. His newest book is Recovery: The Lost Art of Convalescence.
