Igniting Your Poetry Soul
We are all poetry makers/creators. As our ancient ancestors’ wisdom reaffirms: Human beings are ...
Imagine going to work every day and having conversations with Deepak Chopra, the late and great Wayne Dyer, Marianne Williamson, Gregg Braden, Bruce Lipton, Dr. Sue Morter, and hundreds of other spiritual luminaries.
That’s been my life for the past 30 years!
It still feels surreal to say it, but this has been my journey as the co-founder and CEO of Celebrate Your Life (CYL), where we’ve dedicated three decades to creating transformational experiences that bring people together from all over the globe.
As I reflect on our 30th anniversary, I’m enormously grateful—not just for the extraordinary speakers we’ve had the privilege of working with, but for the thousands of people who have attended our events, retreats, summits, and conferences and allowed us to be part of their healing, growth, and spiritual awakening.
CYL isn’t just a company; it’s a calling, a community, and, most of all, a celebration of what’s possible when we come together in love and purpose.
I remember when my mother Ariel Wolfe and I started the company—we had no idea what it would blossom into. We thought we were just organizing a few events, something simple and meaningful. But here we are, 30 years later, having created a legacy of transformation, community, and soul-deep connection.
Although she is now in spirit, I can feel her joy and pride with every step we take. I just know she’s beaming from ear to ear, celebrating all that we’ve built together and the lives we’ve touched along the way.
I’m often asked what it takes to create longevity in a business, especially one rooted in spirituality and personal growth. Being a spiritual entrepreneur is a unique journey—it’s not just about profits or numbers but about staying true to your mission, creating meaningful connections, and holding space for transformation. It’s deeply rewarding, but it also comes with challenges that require resilience, tenacity, adaptability, and an unwavering commitment to your purpose.
Over the years, I’ve learned a few lessons about building a business with heart and longevity, and I love sharing these with others who are on or considering this path:
Stay aligned with your mission: Let your purpose be your guiding star. When challenges arise, reconnect with why you started and let that fuel your decisions.
Embrace adaptability: The world is constantly evolving. Being open to change—whether it’s new ideas, technologies, or approaches—keeps your business relevant and thriving.
Foster authentic relationships: People are at the heart of any business. Whether it’s your team, partners, or clients, prioritize building genuine, supportive connections and heartfelt community.
Take care of yourself: You can’t pour from an empty cup. Prioritize your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being to stay energized and inspired.
Celebrate every milestone: Big or small, take the time to acknowledge your achievements. Gratitude for the journey keeps the energy flowing and your vision alive even when things don’t work out the way you wanted. This is a big one—stay the course!
Cultivate tenacity: For me this is the #1 piece, being tenacious! Success often comes down to persistence. Stay committed to your vision, even when the road gets tough. Tenacity means showing up, finding solutions, and keeping the energy to move forward, no matter what obstacles arise.
Building a business that thrives for decades isn’t easy, but it’s one of the most fulfilling paths you can take. For me, it’s been about creating something that makes a meaningful impact—and in the process, it has made my own life richer than I ever imagined.
For me, that’s the magic of CYL. It’s not just about the incredible speakers or the life-changing workshops; it’s about the way people light up when they realize they’re not alone on their journey. It’s about the laughter, the tears, the hugs, and the deep sense of belonging that stays with you long after the event is over.
This January, in the heart of Scottsdale’s serene desert, a remarkable event will take place: Transcendence: A Powerful Fusion of Science and Spirituality, featuring world renowned teachers and authors Gregg Braden, Dr. Bruce Lipton, Anita Moorjani, and Dr. Sue Morter.
This retreat is more than an opportunity to learn from four of the greatest spiritual and scientific minds of our time—it’s an invitation to heal, grow, and connect in a way that transcends the ordinary.
