The Divine Plan is more complex than all the minds that have ever lived on this planet put together could even begin to comprehend the tiniest little piece of, because all of existence is involved.

There is no chaos going on anywhere, no matter how much it looks like chaos. There is, absolutely, a Divine Plan. But it’s not how it sounds. The Divine Plan is not our idea, your idea, my idea. When we think of the word “plan” we think of it all mapped out—Tuesday this, Wednesday that, Thursday that—and we have a certain idea of what “plan” means. Throw that idea out if you want to understand the nature of the Divine Plan.

The Divine Plan is more complex than all the minds that have ever lived on this planet put together could even begin to comprehend the tiniest little piece of, because all of existence is involved. Because everything, everywhere, all the time, is involved, is included.

You are not going to comprehend that; I am not going to comprehend that. And it is not going to work in the way that is suggested to our minds by the word “plan,” but it is a plan in the sense that it is a comprehensive whole; it is not random, it is not accidental, it absolutely fits together like the pieces of a puzzle with not one millimeter of gap, and everything fits with everything absolutely perfectly. Every molecule, every thought, every feeling, every person, every blade of grass, every atom, every planet, every everything.

We are not ever going to comprehend this. It is not our job to comprehend this. Trying to comprehend it is a silly endeavor, a waste of time. Something that huge, something that vast, something that deep, something that real, cannot be comprehended. It can only be bowed down to, it can only be surrendered to, it can only be open-heartedly accepted. You can only let yourself be part of that—which you are, whether you let yourself or not. There is nothing else you can do. There is nothing else that makes any sense to do.
