Breathe deep with this guided prenatal meditation by renowned yoga teacher Julie Peters.

Deep breathing is good for calming the nervous system, energizing the body, and sending supportive life force and oxygen to parent and baby.

It can be a little harder to breathe deeply during pregnancy, however, so this meditation encourages deep breathing in the spaces where we can breathe.
