This gentle, progressive breathwork will help your body return to the rest-and-digest state so you can calm down, detoxify, rest, clear your mind, soothe inflammation.

Slow down and take a breath. Allow your nervous system to calm, as you focus gently on your breath, progressively relaxing your body and gently deepening your breath into your belly. This gentle, progressive breathwork will help your body return to the rest-and-digest state so you can calm down, detoxify, rest, clear your mind, soothe inflammation. If you would like to play it at night, it will also help you to sleep.
