Though you can do this guided meditation anytime, it especially helps you fall asleep at night.
The body always knows exactly how much oxygen you need, and the breath will tend to reflect your emotional state. In this meditation, we check in with the breath. Slowly and gently, we encourage it to slow down, and with it our nervous system, which invites a state of calm. From there, we begin to explore alternate nostril breathing, a breath technique that helps to encourage our bodies and minds to return to balance. This meditation can be done anytime, including to help you fall asleep at night.
