Take a few minutes to slow down, calm down, ease anxiety, and get grounded. This simple guided meditation will help you connect to your breath and your body and relax into the support of the earth below you. Imagine yourself like a snow globe, all shaken up, coming back to clarity and softness as the snow settles to stillness.
