Meditation for Sweet Dreams: The Colorful City of Your Mind

Immerse yourself in a colorful city in your mind to rock you to sleep.

In this meditation, explore a city neighborhood lined with colorful trees turning red, orange, and yellow in autumn. Wander through a park filled with brilliant green pine trees, a garden full of blue flowers, and a vineyard ripe with plump purple grapes. Each color has an emotional resonance: red is grounding, orange warm and sensual, yellow provides a calm confidence, green is the color of the heart, blue is for mental clarity, and violet is the color of greater connection to all things. As you immerse yourself in the colors of the city of your mind, you will sink deeply into relaxed, healing state conducive to sweet dreams for a nourishing nap or a restful night's sleep.
