Audio Meditation for Connecting to the Heart

The heart holds our love, connection, joy, and forgiveness. It can also hold grief and anxiety. Sometimes what the heart feels is very different from what the mind thinks it wants. Step away from the concerns of the mind and take some time to feel the physical sensations of your heart in this simple meditation.
I recommend doing this meditation in Supported Fish pose: place a bolster or pillow behind you so your chest is elevated and your shoulders can relax to the sides of the prop as shown. Blocks under the knees are optional.
Be sure to read Julie Peters' article on how to use guided meditation for more insight on your practice.
