An audio meditation you can use anytime to reduce stress and lift your mood.

Mindfulness practices can help us reduce stress, reduce pain, calm tension, lift our mood, and improve our relationship with our own minds and bodies. This is a simple meditation anyone can do anytime—at home, in bed, on the bus, or waiting in line at the grocery store. All you need is to be able to take a few minutes out to focus on the present moment.
