Meditation for Deepest Desires: The Lush Garden

Invite your desire to speak to you in your dreams.

Our deepest desires move us forward in our lives, that push us to growth, even when they are a little scary. These desires live in our bodies, in our dreams, and in those semi-conscious places we might not be totally aware of with our minds. Our fear and stress can keep these desires from speaking up, but we can invite them by entering into a calm, relaxed state in our imaginations—here in a lush, beautiful private garden where you encounter a pond that may reveal to you some truth in your own heart. This meditation can be done anytime, including to go to sleep with at night and invite your desire to speak to you in your dreams.
