This year, our Books We Love section examines self-care from an ayurvedic perspective, how food affects mental health and immunity, and how to cultivate a moon practice, and more.

Books can change us. They offer insight and inspiration, transport us into other realms, and inform us on countless topics. New ideas, fresh stories, and probing questions are what help us examine our inner landscape and become a tool for change and growth. Our annual Books We Love feature gives us a chance to share the newest books that we think you’ll enjoy. This year we examine self-care from an ayurvedic perspective, how food affects mental health and immunity, and how to cultivate a moon practice, among other topics. Growth happens when we delve into our beliefs and stories and hold them up to the light. We include a section on journals that will inspire you to put pen to paper, and another section on practices that will guide you through your darkest days. We have books to help you get your deepest, most restorative sleep, and an intriguing story on bringing your dreams to life. As John Lennon sang, “You may say I’m a dreamer, but I’m not the only one.
