Poem: Moonlight
From our poet of the month, ALFA

“You move with / spirit and grace, / and the stars / bow down”
Moonlight
You move with
spirit and grace,
and the stars
bow down
as you bask
beneath the
moonlight.
And shadows
have never felt
less menacing.
ALFA shared her insights with Spirituality & Health:
The moon has a way of highlighting one’s soul.
All the things you have kept hidden under the sun’s rays
can dance free under a magical and forgiving moon.
