Healing & Healthful Juices

Allergy Relief

1 bunch parsley
2 celery stalks
1-2 carrots, scrubbed well and tops removed
1 lemon, peeled if not organic
1/2 cucumber, peeled if not organic

Lung Rejuvenator
1 handful watercress
1 small turnip, scrubbed well and top removed
2-inch-thick chunk of jicama, scrubbed well or peeled
1 garlic clove
1/2 lemon, peeled
2-3 carrots, scrubbed well and tops removed

Peppy Parsley
1 carrot, scrubbed well and top removed
1 cucumber, peeled if not organic
1 stalk celery with leaves
1 handful parsley
1 kale leaf
1 lemon, peeled if not organic
Juice cucumber, carrot, and celery first. Add leafy greens, then lemon. This juice is especially high in vitamin C!

Antiviral Cocktail
4-5 carrots, scrubbed well and tops removed
1/2 cucumber, peeled if not organic
1 garlic clove with peel
1 small turnip, scrubbed well
1 handful watercress
1 lemon, peeled

Energizing Juice Cocktails

Energize Your Day
1 apple (green is lower in sugar)
2 dark green leaves (chard, kale, or collard)
1 stalk celery with leaves
1 lemon, peeled if not organic
1/2 cucumber, peeled if not organic
1/2- to 1-inch chunk fresh ginger root, peeled

Happy-Mood Morning

4-5 carrots, scrubbed well and tops removed
3 fennel stalks with leaves and flowers
