How to Create Healthy Habits
Our greatest capacity to have influence over our health is with our habits.
A deliciously soothing meal or snack of pure whole grain nourishment honors our needs. The three parts of whole grain are endosperm with starch, minerals, and some protein; bran with fiber, carbs, protein, and minerals; and germ with fats, protein, fiber, and minerals. Together they make an indispensable whole. The bran and germ contain the necessities for good digestion and assimilation of the starch. Without them, the starch is problematic.
Each of the three main whole grain components contain nutrients that are essential to us. Refined grain, processed for endless shelf life, has most nutrients greatly reduced with many completely removed. Eden Foods works to protect the vital integrity of Eden Whole Grain. Routinely eating pure whole grain is a major quality of life upgrade—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Eden organic whole grain flakes are grown in North America by families and farmers we know and trust. They are wholesome, organic whole grains such as Kamut®, spelt, oat, rye, and short grain brown rice. These grains are moistened with filtered deep well water before being gas fired, ceramic kiln roasted, and then immediately rolled into flakes.
