Yes, we are currently in the process of enrolling all new and existing subscribers into our automatic renewal program.  This helps us cut down on mailings as well as conserve our natural resources. A postcard or email will be sent to you once a year (around the time your subscription is due for renewal) alerting you that your credit card will be charged and your subscription will be renewed for another year.  If you no longer wish to be a part of our automatic renewal program, please contact customer service via email, or call our customer support at 1.866.485.2026. Gift subscriptions will not be automatically renewed.

We publish 6 times a year, so delivery of your first issue can take up to 6-8 weeks after we receive your order.

If you would like to update a mailing address on your subscription, renew your account or make other changes to your print subscription, please call 1.866.485.2026 from 9am - 5pm PST or click here to update online.

We're sorry for the confusion. In our attempts to make sure we don't accidentally disrupt your service, we send several renewal notes that offer a discounted subscription rate. If you are concerned about the status of your subscription, please call 1.866.485.2026 from 9am - 5pm PST.
