Mantra: So hum namah

Touch – a hug, a caress, a kiss, holding hands – has been scientifically proven to improve health and set you on a positive path of healing. In this meditation we identify the space from which we feel our breath move into our bodies, and place our attention on that spot by gently placing our hand or fingers on that area while we watch our breath move into and out of our bodies. Touchbreath is an excellent meditation for those just starting out, as it helps keep your awareness on just one thing – your breath. When you realize that you’ve drifted away to thoughts, sounds or sensations, that’s OK! Gently drift back to your breath and mantra. For some, your breath and mantra will be in synch, for others they will not. Both are OK.’
